MVA Tournament View Post (1) replys Posted on: April 23 2009,13:35 by ATA_Xtrem Thinking of having a 100% stock MVA Tournament closed to invite only.    Would consist of 6 rounds over 6 weeks on 3 stock tracks and 3 custom tracks voted on by the racers entered.    This can be both SX and NATIONAL.   Anyone interested?    All ATA members are automaticly invited of corse along with all of our "close" friends like suesman, dimebag, ect...   1 SX,  (stock) 1 National  (stock) 1 Supermoto  (stock) 1 custom SX  (will be something from Wingman or another HD track creator probably) 1 custom national.  (Im thinking something from wingman or Hedgeownage here.... something in HD) 1 replica national/sx   Ill make the details this weekend and vote on a date to have the races so that we can get the best turnout per/round.

Went racing lastnight View Post (4) replys Posted on: May 18 2008,14:17 by ATA_Xtrem First off let me say that I am in no way shape or form a young kid like i was 12 years ago when i did this every damn weekend.   So being my 3rd race back after my 12 year layoff i wasnt expecting to do much except run midpack and maybe get out unharmed.   Well the first Moto started off with me and some 16 year old kid drag racing to the first corner with my bone stock Honda coming out ahead for the holeshot.  I ran about 1 lap in 1st and immediatly started to tire as armpump started setting in.  I was passed 4 times by the end of the 6 lap moto for 5th place.   5th place is good,  but i was a bit unhappy that i didnt last longer than i did up front.  The Second moto agian started with my honda rocketing out of the gate and getting to the first corner by almost a full bike lenght ahead of the rest of the pack (my holeshot secret is one i discovered years ago and these young kiddies have yet to catch on.)    This time I fully decided i would NOT back down and yeild to the pain and fatigue that plagued me thus far.  I rode my balls off for 6 gurling laps as hard as i fucking could for the win...  I was exhausted.  I had to have some guy help me load my bike after i got back to my truck.  I reached into the ice chest,  grabbed a bottle of water and started chuggin.... it felt like i was drinking acid as my lungs were probably full of dust and dryness.   I puked,  coughed,  puked agian, spit, cringed in pain and sat down on the talegate of my truck.  People where walking up to me asking if i was ok....    "Im great"  Was my response.... and I was.... i was Fucking Great!   I just lay the smack down on all those little snot nosed brats riding bikes there daddy's had spent high dollar on to get them running so fasta nd powerful that they surely would deliver god race results or atleast a good start or holeshot.  And my bone stock Honda CRF250R handed them thier asses off the gate.  Furthermore those same teenage punks just got owned by a 33 year old fat and out-of-shape delievery driver who hadnt even thrown a leg ver a bike in 12 years 1 month prior.   Yeah i was great fellas,  i was fucking great!  I finished 2nd overall for the night.  Now if you will all excuse me i think im going to go sit my fat ass on the couch and watch some TV with a glass of Dr.Pepper and a big fat fucking sandwich.
